       This is a database and a short Notetaker file for doing medical consults in the hospital.  This is geared more towards a medical specialist than a primary care physician, but worth checking out by any physician.  I found this in the Medsig forum on Compuserve, and got permission to upload it here.

     The author is an HP booster whose love for our machine can be seen in a recent issue of Medical Software Reviews, where he writes the best review I've ever read on the HP.  He can be reached at Compuserve address 71543,1345.  It is uploaded here with permission from him.
